  • Entry Fee: €3 all classes. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th places in all competitions. Special Rosettes as stated.
  • ENTRIES TAKEN ON SHOWDAY from 11am.
  • Judging at 12.00 p.m. Sharp.
  • NOTE: Exhibitors are requested to have dogs under strict control and any dog listed in the recent Government order must be muzzled and on a strong chain and handled by person over 18 or under adult supervision.
  • All dogs must wear a collar with ID and telephone number.

 

CLASS 1 The Irish Shows Association and Clonaslee Show Society Present The Gain Dog Food All Ireland Championship Sponsored by: Gain Foods Prize Fund: €500

1.              Toy or miniature dogs any breed to be handled by a child under 15 years.

2.              Large dog any breed to be handled by teenager or adult.

Rules and Conditions

1.              One dog from each class to qualify.

2.              Dogs in final are not eligible to compete in other classes at Clonaslee Show.

3.              These rules should be read in conjunction with the General ISA Rules.

Prizes at Final 1st €100 in each class; 2nd €50 in each class; 3rd €30 in each class; 4th €20 in each class; Gain Dog Food Perpetual Trophy for Champion Dog. Gain Dog Food Product will be presented to each finalist.

CLASS 2  Any variety puppy from 12 weeks to under 12 months.

CLASS 3   Best Gun Dog - Spaniels, Setters, Pointers, Retrievers

CLASS 4    Best Terrier Dog including Jack Russell.

CLASS 5   Best Toy Dog - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Yorkshire Terrier,   Poms, Pugs, Pekinese.

CLASS 6  Best Utility Dog - Boston Terrier, Dalmatian, Poodle,   Chow-  Chow.

CLASS 7   Best Working Dog - Border Collie, Sheepdog, Rough Collie Lassie Type, Guard Dog - Doberman, Rottweiler, German   Shepherd, Samoyed, St. Bernard, Boxer.

CLASS 8    Best Hound Dog - Afghan, Irish Wolfhound, Basset,   Borzoi.

CLASS 9   Best Pastorl Dog.

CLASS 10   Best Cross Bred.

CLASS 11  Best Dog confined to East Clare as stated in RULE 19.    (Special Rosettes)

CLASS 12  Best Dressed Dog.

CLASS 13  Most Obedient Dog. (Special Rosettes)

CLASS 14  Dog with best Trick.

CLASS 15  Dog I would most like to take home.

CLASS 16  Dog Handled by a child under 12 years   (Special Rosettes)

CLASS 17   Dog Handled by a teenager 12 - 18 years.

CLASS 18   Dog Handled by a Lady.

CLASS 19   Dog Handled by a Gent

CLASS 20   Best Veteran Dog
